Today I am sharing Uses of Pronoun in Sentence with Examples in Hindi for you best practice. I am providing the rules of Pronoun and Pronouns examples. If you want to learn the uses of pronoun, you will have to practice the examples of attentively.

Uses of Pronoun


"A Pronoun is a word which is used as a noun".


संज्ञा के स्थान पर प्रयुक्त होने वाले शब्दों को सर्वनाम (Pronoun) कहते है


Examples: 

I, We, You, They, He, She, It etc.

Rahul is going to market. (राहुल बाजार जा रहा है)

He is going to market. (वह बाजार जा रहा है)


ऊपर लिखे पहले वाक्य (Sentence) में राहुल कर्ता (Subject) है जो की एक संज्ञा (Noun)  है और दुसरे वाक्य (Sentence) में राहुल के स्थान पर  “He” subject (कर्ताका प्रयोग किया गया है जो की एक सर्वनाम (Pronoun)  शब्द है मतलब राहुल के स्थान पर  ‘He’ का प्रयोग किया गया है जो राहुल के लिये ही प्रयुक्त हुआ है |

The following are the main kind of Pronouns:

1. Personal Pronoun

2. Possessive Pronoun

3. Reflexive Pronoun

4. Demonstrative Pronoun

5. Indefinite Pronoun

6. Interrogative Pronoun

7. Relative Pronoun

8. Distributive Pronoun

9. Reciprocals Pronoun

10. Emphatic Pronoun

 

Personal Pronoun


"Personal Pronoun are those that are used for persons".


"जिस Pronoun से किसी पुरूष या व्यक्ति या जानवर एवं वस्तु का बोध होता है, उसे Personal Pronoun (पुरुष वाचक सर्वनाम) कहते है" |


Examples:

I am going.

We are going.

It drank water.

She is going.


Personal Pronoun is used for three kinds.


1. Personal of the first person (बात करने वाला): The Pronouns I and We denote the person or persons.


2. Pronouns of the second person (बात सुनने वाला): The Pronouns You denote the person or persons spoken to.


3. Pronouns of the third person (जिसके विषय में बात हो): The Pronouns he, she, it and they denote the person or persons spoken about.

Note 

The following things about the use of personal pronouns.


(a) Personal pronouns have the same number and gender as the nouns for which they stand.


Examples:

The boy has come.

The boys have come.

This girl is good.

I like them.


(b) When a pronoun is the object of a verb or a preposition, it must be in the objective case:


Examples:

Let me play.

Between you and me, Ramesh has failed.
